9.00am Cardio Fit @ "The Patch", Clarence St - Special focus on heart health and fitness.  Builds strength and stamina too!  Options available for varying fitness levels.

10.15am Mature Movers (60 years plus) @ "The Patch" - This class is designed to strengthen the heart, build bone density and prevent disease while being gentle on joints and muscles.


4.30pm Boxing @ St Pats Hall - Gloves supplied.  Simple punches to reduce stress and burn calories.


5.00pm Weights 4 Women @ St Pats Hall - A low impact class to increase bone density and stamina.  A complete workout to condition all major muscles using adjustable weights.  Equipment supplied.

Tai Chi is held on Tuesday mornings 9.00am - 9.45am at the RSL Soldiers Lounge, Clarence Street, during school terms.
